Jason brings the discipline, accountability, and follow-through of his military service to every corner of the business, and Monica’s experience gives her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build a business around relationships, customer service, hard work, and attention to detail. Together they bring complementary experience and a shared commitment to building something that will last.

But the titles they’re most proud of aren’t business owners, executives, or entrepreneurs — they’re Mom and Dad. Jason and Monica are the proud parents of six children, and as they like to say, they’re raising a small army of their own. With a family of eight, teamwork, leadership, patience, accountability, and a good sense of humor aren’t just business principles — they’re part of everyday life in the Slegers household.

Family and faith are at the center of their lives, and those values guide how they operate Fence Freaks USA: work hard, keep your word, take care of people, and do the right thing — even when no one is watching.
